J. Neal Gardner

Mr. Gardner's practice is concentrated in tax law, including representation before the IRS, tax litigation, excise tax and income tax fraud, estate planning and general tax matters, closely held businesses, real estate, real estate syndications, choice of business entity corporations and finance transactions.

Mr. Gardner is a Certified Public Accountant and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Cincinnati College of Law where he teaches a third year Business Planning course.
