John S. Fronduti

Mr. Fronduti’s practice is concentrated in commercial finance and focuses on the structural and legal aspects of debt financing and equipment leasing. He has represented lenders, borrowers and finance companies in domestic and international, and secured and unsecured financing transactions in aviation, satellite, utility and other industries. Transactions include representing regional financial institution in large ticket and middle market lending and leasing, representing regional airline in aircraft finance transactions, representing regional financial institution in restructuring of aviation portfolio assets, representing issuer in initial public debt offering and related liquidity facilities, United States government-guaranteed export financings, aircraft and railcar leases and asset-backed financings. Prior to joining Keating Muething & Klekamp PLL, Mr. Fronduti was an associate with Pillsbury, Winthrop LLP in New York.
