Sue A. Erhart
Partner
Ms. Erhart’s practice is focused on the representation of trustees of qualified settlement funds, assisting them in all aspects of trust and fund administration. She also practices in the area of commercial litigation and has significant experience in appellate work.
Prior to joining Keating Muething & Klekamp, Ms. Erhart served as a law clerk to the Honorable David A. Nelson, U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit and as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert L. Miller, Jr., U.S. District Court, Northern District of Indiana. She also has served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where she has taught Litigation Drafting to third year law students.
