Paul D. Dorger

Mr. Dorger is the leader of Keating Muething & Klekamp’s labor and employment practice group. He has experience in representing management in all aspects of labor and employment law, including the following:

  • Employment litigation involving allegations of discrimination (age, disability, FMLA, gender, race, and sexual harassment) and wrongful discharge
  • Collective bargaining contract negotiations, union grievances, and unfair labor practice charges
  • Enforceability of non-competition agreements and the protection of company trade secrets
  • Executive compensation and employment agreements
  • Government regulatory compliance, including the defense of OSHA and Department of Labor investigations
  • Workers' compensation defense and coverage issues
  • Guidance on employment situations involving employee discipline and discharges, investigation of employee misconduct, and leaves of absence

Mr. Dorger also focuses his practice in general commercial litigation and general representation of privately held businesses.
