Caroline M. DiMauro
Ms. DiMauro's practice is concentrated in labor and employment law. She has experience representing management in various aspects of labor and employment law. She has handled cases before state and federal courts and civil rights agencies, including claims involving allegations of unlawful discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, FMLA and wage and hour violations and breach of employment agreements. She also advises clients on various employment policies and practices, including employee handbooks, employee discipline, discharge, investigations of discrimination and employee misconduct, and workers' compensation defense and coverage issues. She has provided supervisor training and has presented many employment related topics to employees locally and nationwide.
Prior to law school, Ms. DiMauro worked as a newspaper journalist. She served as editor-in-chief at The Greensburg Daily News and later worked as an editor at The Cincinnati Enquirer.
