Laura H. Cox

Ms. Cox practices in the firm's business representation and transactions practice group.  She represents privately-held and publicly-held companies on a variety of business transactions, including entity formation, manufacturing and distribution, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate governance.  She also advises clients on federal, state, and local tax issues relating to choice of entity, tax-exempt organizations, compensation, financing, mergers, acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, sales and use tax, and other business transactions.  In addition, Ms. Cox regularly advises trustees of mass tort and bankruptcy settlement trusts on issues relating to trust administration.
