Mr. Cecil practices in the firm’s real estate group. Prior to joining Keating Muething & Klekamp, Mr. Cecil was a Closing Agent with Riverbend Commercial Title Agency, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the firm.
Representative Matters
- Represented national property and casualty insurance company in the sale of Grand Central Terminal, New York, NY, which included the transfer of the Hudson Line and the Harlem Line (covering 156 miles of railroad trackage through 5 counties) and Transferable Development Rights in and around Grand Central Terminal
- Representation of community development group in Over-the-Rhine and Fountain Square re-development projects and the Banks development
- Representation of developer in the negotiation and preparation of General Services Administration (GSA) documents for the development and operation of a facility for the Department of Veterans Affairs
- Representation of large regional bank in the development and acquisition of branch locations throughout Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky
- Member of OH/KY transactional counsel team responsible for all Ohio and Kentucky development and re-development projects for a large multinational retail chain
