David T. Bules

Associate

Mr. Bules' practice is concentrated in the area of complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on ERISA litigation defense and class actions.  He has experience defending clients in various types of complex ERISA litigation, including breach of fiduciary duty claims, ERISA "stock drop" claims, and prohibited transaction claims.  Mr. Bules has also represented clients in a wide variety of business disputes, including financial services litigation and other complex commercial litigation.

Prior to attending law school, he served as an intern and assistant to the legislative staff for the Honorable Ralph Regula, United States Congressman (OH-16), in Washington, D.C.
