Thomas F. Hankinson
Mr. Hankinson practices in the firm's litigation group. He has experience in a wide variety of complex intellectual property litigation matters, including disputes over patents, trade secrets, trade dress, and contractual relationships such as research collaborations, assignment-of-invention clauses, and non-competition agreements. He also has experience in planning and managing modern discovery, whether it be from the perspective of a small business or a multi-national corporation.
Mr. Hankinson has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in resolving disputes over intellectual property, and has participated in successful federal trials in Cincinnati, Boston and Marshall, Texas.
Prior to joining Keating Muething & Klekamp, Mr. Hankinson was an associate in the intellectual property ligitation group at Sidley Austin LLP in Chicago, Illinois.
