Mary Lynn Wagner

As the Director of the Information Resource Center, Ms. Wagner strategically integrates information based resources and technologies into practice specific solutions partnering with the firm’s attorneys and other administrative departments. This includes developing and implementing customer-oriented solutions for library services, analyzing the firm’s resource collection and providing competitive intelligence information in ways that meet the firm’s market, competitive and business needs. Ms. Wagner is also responsible for developing and implementing continuing education seminars for partners, associates and staff, managing contract negotiations with business partners and ensuring copyright compliance.  In addition, Ms. Wagner publishes articles and frequently lectures on research and technology related topics.
