James A. Singler
Jim Singler is a member of the firm's private client group. Jim serves clients in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration, special needs planning, Medicaid planning, taxation, adoption matters, wealth transfers, business succession planning, business planning, entity selection for new and existing businesses, preparation of corporate organizational documents and general corporate law. He also has experience counseling clients with respect to the formation and on-going representation of private foundations, public charities and other non-profits. In addition, he has successfully argued in the Twelfth Appellate District Court of Appeals in Ohio.
Jim enjoys educating law students as an Adjunct Professor of Estate Planning at the University of Cincinnati College of Law.
Jim served as an intern to Member of Parliament of the United Kingdom Nicholas B. Harvey. During his time on Mr. Harvey's staff, Mr. Harvey served as the party's Secretary of State for Health.
