KMK values mentoring and training as part of our professional growth.  We believe that by providing training and education for our lawyers, we are able to enhance the quality of the service we pass on to our clients.

Our mentoring program serves as a network for associates to develop their skills and provides them with a strong support system throughout their career.  Our ongoing training programs in the fields of technology, research/library services, and business development give our associates the opportunity to expand their knowledge and hone their skills making them better able to serve our clients overall.  KMK hosts several CLE seminars each year in conjunction with our clients.  We reimburse for CLE seminars as well as professional development organizations and events.
