Mr. Denton is a partner in the firm's Business Representation & Transactions Group. Mr. Dorger is the leader of Keating Muething & Klekamp’s labor and employment practice group. He has experience in representing management in all aspects of labor and employment law.

Ms. Heilman practices in the firm's litigation group.

Mr. Hicks' practice is concentrated in the field of commercial litigation with an emphasis on financial banking litigation, securities litigation and arbitrations, as well as class actions.

She has had extensive experience prosecuting trademarks in the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office and in litigating trademark, copyright, false advertisement and unfair competition matters in federal and state courts throughout the United States.

Ms. Hughes practices in the firm's business representation and transactions practice group. She represents privately-held and publicly-held companies on a variety of business transactions, including entity formation, manufacturing and distribution, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate governance.

Mr. Hurst’s practice is concentrated in the area of intellectual property law. He has extensive experience in trademark prosecution, protection and portfolio management, copyright matters, domain names, brand management counseling, social media and Web 2.0 issues, as well as intellectual property licensing, both in the U.S. and internationally.

Mr. Irwin’s practice is focused on the representation of parties in large mass tort bankruptcy proceedings. He is lead counsel to the trustees of nine mass tort settlement trusts, including, the Celotex, Armstrong World Industries, and UNR trusts.

Mr. Izenson has broad experience in all aspects of civil litigation, with a concentration in complex business disputes and construction law.

Mr. Jacobs practices in the firm's business representation and transactions practice group. His practice includes representing corporate clients in a variety of business transactions, as well as advising publicly-held clients on matters related to SEC reporting and compliance, the listing standards of the New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq Stock Market, and corporate governance matters. 

Mr. Jansing is co-leader of the firm’s Business Representation and Transactions Group. His practice is concentrated in the general corporate, finance and international corporate areas.

Ms. Justice-Manning’s practice is concentrated in general civil litigation, with particular emphasis on complex commercial litigation, including ERISA defense and class actions.

Bill Keating practices in the business representation & transactions practice group. He practices primarily in the area of corporate and business law representing publicly traded and privately held businesses and also practices in business succession planning, executive compensation and estate and tax planning.

Jim Kennedy practices in the business representation & transactions practice group. The focus of his practice is corporate, securities, and financing law, where he has extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures representing public corporations, their subsidiaries, and other entities.

Mr. Klekamp's practice is concentrated in general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, succession planning and finance areas, and includes representation of numerous corporations, real estate developers, and small and medium size businesses.

Ms. Klekamp's practice is concentrated in all areas of real estate law, including representing developers and lenders in real estate purchases, sales and financing transactions.

Mr. Kreider concentrates his practice in the areas of securities regulation compliance, public offerings, private offerings, mergers and acquisitions and business planning and formation.

Ken helps business clients structure and close major transactions involving the acquisition, development, finance or disposition of real estate. His diverse experience with tenant in common syndications, complex IRC 1031 transactions, real estate taxation, building and preservation code matters, and rail/utility rights of way is instrumental in achieveing superior results in a variety of client transactions. 

Mr. Leder practices in the firm’s real estate group. His practice includes representing a variety of corporate, individual and non-profit clients in matters involving sales, acquisitions, leasing, finance, construction and development and environmental law.

Mr. Lesan practices in the firm's business representation and transactions practice group. His practice is concentrated in the corporate and finance areas where he has experience in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures representing both public and closely-held corporations.

Ms. Malas is the leader of the Family Law section of the Private Client Services Group. Her practice is concentrated in all areas of domestic relations, including divorce, dissolution, post-decree actions, pre-nuptial agreements, juvenile law, and grandparent rights.

Mr. Matthews practice is concentrated in the area of litigation with a focus on the analysis and litigation of insurance policy coverage issues.

A partner at Keating Muething & Klekamp since 1987, Mr. Matthews now serves in the Of Counsel capacity for the firm’s Commercial Finance Practice Group. His practice focuses on bank transactions, institutional and fund lending and a variety of complex financing transactions.

Mr. Maxwell has practiced for 41 years, representing management in all areas of labor and employment law. He has extensive experience in labor negotiations, arbitrations, employment law litigation in federal and state courts and proceedings before government agencies.

Mr. McGraw is a Corporate Partner at Keating Muething & Klekamp. In addition, he is the President and Chief Executive Officer of KMK Consulting Company, LLC. His background is centered in business development, public utilities, insurance and non-profit organizations.

Mr. Meisenhelder has extensive experience providing counsel to large companies with respect to all employee benefits, executive compensation and privacy matters.

Mr. Mellen's practice is concentrated in the estate and succession planning and estate and trust administration areas. He also has extensive experience in the taxation and commercial transaction areas, with an emphasis on corporations, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial transaction structuring issues.

Mr. Meyer’s practice involves all areas of environmental law, including transactional matters, compliance counseling, and litigation pertaining to air pollution control, solid and hazardous waste management, Superfund, wastewater, and storm water discharges and hazardous materials transportation issues.

Ms. Michel's practice is concentrated in the employee benefits (ERISA) and executive compensation areas. Her practice primarily involves all aspects of qualified retirement plans, including profit sharing plans, 401(k) plans, employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs) and defined benefit plans, executive compensation matters and welfare benefit plans.

Mr. Miller is a litigator with KMK. He is particularly adept at fast paced, legally intensive cases and matters that present novel issues of law. Mr. Miller has successfully handled expedited election law cases, challenges to state legislation, and injunction matters. 

Mr. Minor's practice is concentrated in the area of litigation, with a focus on commercial disputes.

Mr. Moeddel has a breadth of experience in structuring and negotiating complex business transactions and representing businesses in a general counsel capacity. He has represented both publicly held and private companies in acquisitions and divestures of existing businesses.

Ms. Morales focuses her practice on business litigation and the representation of trustees of qualified settlement funds.

Mr. Posey’s practice involves all aspects of litigation with particular emphasis in representing both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury and product liability litigation; insurance coverage; complex and multi-district litigation; and, being a pilot, aviation law, including aircraft accident litigation.

Mr. Ramsey is a member of the firm’s litigation group. He focuses his practice on representing both private and public companies in complex commercial litigation involving a wide range of business disputes, including breach of contract claims, insurance coverage issues, fiduciary duty claims, unfair competition claims, business torts, trademark infringement, shareholder derivative suits, fraud, and the dissolution of limited liability companies, partnerships and closely held corporations.

Ms. Recht practices in the firm's litigation group.  She has experience representing financial institutions, private equity funds, developers and major corporations in a wide range of matters including joint venture and partnerships disputes, real property disputes, problem loan disputes, fraud claims, and breach of contract claims.

Mark advocates for business clients in transactions, proceedings and conflicts governed by federal and state securities regulations. A partner in the firm’s business representation and transactions group, Mark applies his experience in securities regulatory matters for the benefit of both publicly traded and privately owned clients in strategic transactions, executive compensation and equity arrangements, corporate governance, reporting, and regulatory proceedings.

Ms. Roach’s practice is dedicated exclusively to family law and domestic relations matters. Such matters include divorce, dissolution, paternity actions, pre-marital agreements and various other proceedings that involve custody, visitation and support issues

Mr. Rosenberg practices primarily in the areas of corporate finance, financial institutions, venture capital and reorganization.

Mr. Rouse is the leader of the Private Client Services Group.  The major areas of his legal practice include estate and succession planning, general corporate representation (including mergers and acquisitions), probate and trust administration and tax related services. 

Ms. Rowe focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and mass tort settlement trust and related counseling. She has defended a number of corporate clients facing employment, securities, financial services and consumer class action lawsuits, and also has litigated matters involving sales of businesses and claims related to investment and bankruptcy fraud.

Mr. Sanker's practice is concentrated in the areas of bankruptcy, reorganization and creditors' rights. He has extensive experience in representing debtors, creditors, creditors' committees, lenders, investors and purchasers in Chapter 11 cases and in out of court restructurings.

Ms. Schaffer’s practice is concentrated in the area of real estate law. She is a registered land attorney in Hamilton County, Ohio.

Mr. Scheier’s practice is concentrated in the areas of complex banking and creditor’s rights disputes, bankruptcy related litigation, complex commercial disputes, and mass tort bankruptcy proceedings.

Ms. Schindel is an associate in the employee benefits and executive compensation group. She advises companies on the implementation and operation of tax-qualified pension and profit-sharing plans, as well as health and welfare plans.

Cheryl Scotney helps clients obtain and protect their valuable trademarks.  Her practice is concentrated in the area of intellectual property. She has experience in the preparation and prosecution of domestic and foreign patent applications involving inventions pertaining to the chemical arts, in the preparation and prosecution of domestic and foreign trademark registration applications, in the filing of opposition and cancellation trademark proceedings, and in the preparation and prosecution of copyright registration applications.

Mr. Sefton is a trial lawyer with extensive experience at both the trial and appellate levels in state and federal courts throughout the United States. He has obtained successful decisions, verdicts, and results for his clients at the trial level as well as through the appellate process. His practice focuses on highly complex, highly contentious litigation in which his client's most vital interests are at stake, including multidistrict litigation, class action litigation, complex product liability and personal injury litigation, financial and tax litigation, and antitrust litigation.

Mr. Siegel is currently involved primarily in a general corporate and transactional practice, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial finance and counseling small and mid size clients of the firm.

Mr. Sims practices in the business representation & transactions practice group. He works primarily in the federal income tax, business planning and health care areas.

Mr. Singler is a member of the firm's private client group. Mr. Singler has experience in the areas of estate planning, real estate, probate and trust administration, taxation, adoption matters, wealth transfers, business succession planning, business planning, entity selection for new and existing businesses, preparation of corporate organizational documents, and general corporate law.

Mr. Spoor practices in the firm's real estate group, with an emphasis on law related to the financing of real estate and industrial developments.

Mr. Spoor's practice is concentrated in the area of government and private activity bond issues and general municipal law.

Mr. Steinberg's practice emphasizes all aspects of real estate transactional matters including finance, acquisition and disposition of real property, development of real property, loan assignments and purchases, workouts and restructurings involving multiple classes of commercial and residential real estate such as industrial buildings, hotels, office buildings, residential developments, apartment buildings, retail, hospitals and other special use buildings.

Ms. Stewart’s practice is concentrated in the areas of tort and commercial litigation, and product liability defense. She has received trial experience in both Ohio state and federal bankruptcy courts.

Mr. Stitt practices in the firm's commercial finance & reorganization concentrating in the areas of bankruptcy, reorganization and creditors’ rights.

Tom is a Partner in Keating Muething & Klekamp's real estate development practice. He has been successful in obtaining real estate tax reductions throughout Ohio and in several other states. He has obtained significant reductions for property owners of major office complexes, downtown office buildings, retail/commercial developments, large apartment complexes, and industrial/distribution facilities.

Mr. Thweatt's practice is concentrated in the areas of employee benefits and executive compensation. He advises companies on the design, formation and operation of tax-qualified pension, profit-sharing ,and employee stock ownership plans, as well as health and welfare plans, including cafeteria plans.

Mr. Trauth's practice is concentrated in areas of civil litigation, zoning and planning law and real estate law.

Mr. Tullis practices in the firm's real estate group. He has experience representing clients in a variety of real estate transactions and has worked on a wide array of lease transactions including commercial, retail, industrial, and office properties on behalf of both landlords and tenants.

Mr. Verticchio practices in the firm's litigation group, with a focus on commercial disputes. He has successfully represented a wide variety of business clients, including large financial institutions and other business clients both inside and outside the Cincinnati area

Mr. Weber’s practice is concentrated in the areas of real estate acquisition, development, construction and finance with an emphasis on conventional and public assisted financing programs.

Mr. Weiss has extensive experience in the representation of real estate developers and entrepreneurs, builders, financial institutions and investors in real estate.

Ms. Weller is a partner in the Real Estate Group. Her practice includes environmental issues raised in the context of corporate and real estate transactions; voluntary and "Brownfields" cleanups; CERCLA administrative and cost recovery actions; compliance counseling for hazardous waste, wastewater discharge and other environmental regulations; defense of environmental enforcement actions and citizen suits; administrative and judicial review of permits and other agency actions.

Mr. Whitaker rejoined the firm after having served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Provident Financial Group, Inc. and its bank subsidiary Provident Bank, until their acquisition by National City Corporation in July 2004.
